Plant Impact had to change its working practices from a research and development facility to a commercial company with increased sales volume. Management realised their current system could not support their growing business. They needed an integrated solution that could support both their accounts and stock management systems and in particular multiple stock locations and product traceability.
Plant Impact chose EDSL to supply Sage 200, based on the quality of our presentation, professionalism, systems knowledge and the confidence we gave the management of Plant Impact.
Because Plant Impact had to continue running their existing system whilst installing Sage 200, they relied heavily on EDSL to manage the installation with minimum impact on their business.
Staff training was carried out on site which had to be scheduled to fit in with the existing workload of the staff at Plant Impact. EDSL had to provide a flexible service and go at the pace of the client.
