Background
Established in 1998, Dura Beds has steadily expanded its bed manufacturing business, eventually relocating to a 125,000 square foot facility. With over 165 employees, the company now produces more than 1,000 products daily.
Challenge
Initially relying on Sage accounting software alone, Dura Beds soon recognised the need for a more comprehensive system to streamline and fine-tune operations during a period of significant growth.
Solution
After hearing about Solvitt through other businesses, Dura Beds approached EDSL. Once they learned that the system could be fully tailored to suit their needs and was available at a competitive price, they proceeded with implementation.
Vik Aslam, Business Development Manager at Dura Beds, said:
“EDSL differ from other companies because of their personal approach. They’re large enough to handle requests quickly and efficiently, but also their personal approach makes them approachable to smaller businesses.
“The support we receive from EDSL is great, usually any problems or modifications are sorted within 24 hours. One time, we needed a new report—a forward planning report—which allowed us to see how our business was doing on a weekly basis. Since EDSL created this report for us, we have streamlined our business substantially.”
Results
Since integrating Solvitt, Dura Beds have experienced seamless compatibility with their existing financial systems. EDSL continues to provide responsive telephone and remote support as needed.
